A written report, given to you at the end of the inspection or posted, or emailed to you.

We recommend that you attend the end of the inspection for a better understanding of any areas of concern.

A written report includes the following sections:

• Foundations, Walls, Landscaping for Drainage, Porch, Decks, Veranda’s, Patios, Retaining Walls, Lintels, and Paving
• Entry Doors, Stairs, Balconies, and Balustrades
• Attic and Fireplace
• Interior (Coverings, Windows, Outlets and Doors)
• Kitchen Components
• Wet Areas (Bathroom, Laundry, and Ensuite)
• Bathroom Components
• Carpentry and Floors
• Plumbing and Electrical
• Environmental (Asbestos Concerns, Lead Paint Concerns etc)
• Fences

The written report totals about 13 A4 pages.
